Masala Chai, Signature

For centuries the East has enjoyed coveted spices from India blended with strong black tea introduced to North America by CJay Tea. In 1994, CJay trademarked Masala ChaiTM. Masala ChaiTM is a signature blend of select black teas with aromatic spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Ingredients: Blend of black teas from India, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves  

Preparation: Pour 1 cup of water brought to a rolling boil over tea 1 spoon of tea. Steep for 4-5 minutes. Strain and savor!
