REFUND POLICY

Our top priority is making sure our customers are happy with their CJay Tea & Co. experience. In the event that your online order does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately at sales@cjaytea.com or call us at 905-889-3755 and we will make it right. We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm EST. Please note that as a food safe certified facility, we cannot accept returns of teas or spices for food safety reasons.

Processing Times

All orders are blended, packaged, and shipped from our facility in Ontario, Canada.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
