REFUND POLICY

Our top priority is making sure our customers are happy with their CJay Tea & Co. experience. In the event that your online order does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately at sales@cjaytea.com or call us at 905-889-3755 and we will make it right. We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 4:00pm EST. Please note that as a food safe certified facility, we cannot accept returns of teas or spices for food safety reasons.

SHIPPING POLICY

Local Pickup: We now offer free local pickup at our facility at Unit 3, 39 Glen Cameron Rd. in Thornhill (Yonge and John st). Weekdays only, 9AM - 4PM. CJay Tea & Co. is closed on statutory holidays and weekends. Please wait for an email update message from us that your order is ready to pick up. Having trouble finding us? Call 905-889-3755.

Shipping Across Canada:

We ship Monday to Friday via Canada Post or courier service.

Ontario and Quebec

$9 flat rate shipping for orders across Canada under $60. (Over $60 is free). You will be provided with tracking information upon shipment.

Rest of Canada (Outside of Ontario and Quebec)

$12 flat rate shipping for orders across Canada under $75. (Over $75 is free). You will be provided with tracking information upon shipment.

Shipping across Canada is free for product orders over the minimum. Our freshly blended teas are made with great care, and packed to order. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped out. We unfortunately cannot accept returns due to our stringent food safety protocols, however if there is a problem with your order we want to make it right. Please contact sales@cjaytea.com if you have any questions or concerns. Once your order has shipped, your tracking information will be sent automatically.
