Each of our tea bags is filled with enough tea to treat yourself to 2 cups of delicious tea.

100% Organic Ingredients: Chicory, ginger, fenugreek, cinnamon, licorice root, cacao shells, chamomile and natural flavours

Pour 2 cups of boiled water over 1 tea bag.  Steep for 6-8 minutes.
