Organic Herbal Tea

Rooibos is grown at an altitude of 2000 feet above sea level. Fermentation turns the leaves from green to red and gives a slight sweet note. The addition of floral notes from rose, lavender and elderberry compliment the vegetal sweet taste of Rooibos.
